Homicide/Murder

Our goal in every drug case is to resolve the case in a way that keeps you from spending any time in jail. That strategy may include drug diversion or other drug programs that are available to avoid jail time. For those with more serious charges, we will attempt to get the charges reduced and qualify for some type of drug treatment program.
